  • I've been to the other Brazilian Steakhouse in Charlotte, and hands down it was much better than Chima's. Here at Chima's, I found most of the meats very salty. The ribs were not very meaty, and the flavor was just ok. The cheese crusted pork was dry, the bacon wrapped chicken was just ok, but again very salty tasting. Over all it was just ok for me. I won't be going back.
