  • This is my go-to for all my prescriptions, and I have many so I need a place I can rely on. After years of dealing with CVS's disfunction and rude service that would literally send me away in tears, I finally switched to Walgreens and I wish I would have sooner. The one gentleman pharmacist there is exceptional! (I'll update with his name) He knows me by name and is familiar with my needs. He's always demonstrated courtesy and professionalism which is key when patients like me come in with anxieties. He was quick to catch a conflicting allergy with a new script and has been extremely helpful with providing information about any queries I have with insurance. The app is great! I highly recommend downloading it because it is so helpful with refilling medications. Also their phone in service has improved greatly, as the wait can range from 3-10 minutes- which is pretty good considering other Walgreens I've called never answered. I also like that the menu is both voice and tone receptive, so on Bluetooth I don't have to touch my phone, I just speak to the automated selecting list and get information or connected to the pharmacy. The other pharmacy staff is ..... well it's hit or miss. Some techs are helpful and get scripts in and out smoothly. Others act like they have no idea what their doing. Truly stumped when asked simple questions and I've had several that barely spoke English. I use their drive threw service because it's difficult for me to physically stand in lines. Im disappointed that they have not had a working intercom for the window in over a year. Therefore I must yell and put my ear right next to the window tray to hear anything. I've also noticed that I can not rely on all my scripts that get faxed to get noticed. I've had two doctors offices fax scripts multiple times and Walgreens said they never got it. However I see a stack of faxes probably 30+ deep which leads me to believe mine is buried somewhere in that pile. There is a very nice woman who ran the register inside. Very friendly and officiant, although I'm not keen on being pressured to take a survey. However, the one pharmacist I see there is fantastic and I will always go there because I know I can trust that he's getting everything exactly right for me.
