  • I did a Yelp search and, luckily, found Cranmore. (I'd originally contacted another company who didn't even call me back.) But Cranmore had availability within my timeframe. They did arrive a few minutes late, but the receptionist called me prior and told me they were running a bit late and asked if that would be okay. Jose was the technician -- he did a very good job on my carpets. I received a 10% discount for mentioning Yelp, and Jose gave me another 5% discount for being slightly late. Overall I'm so pleased with this service and will definitely use Cranmore again.
