rev:text	I come here all the time to get my car & my husbands truck fixed. And normally I don't have a problem. However today, I came in to get my oil changed & Roger was the one to help. When I asked about getting an oil change. He let me know they were a few hours behind. He seem d to be annoyed & I asked if I should make an appointment. He told me that I could for another day but for today, even with one, I'm still not getting out here fast. I didn't want to leave my car & so I asked what I should do. He became more annoyed & was like, I dunno what to tell you. Now I'm fat, hot, tired and getting tired of his tone & attitude, so I decided I'd skip the drama & leave it. One he could see i was getting annoyed of him, He proceeded to tell me it was his first day at the store & my comment was, I could tell (because I've never had anyone be that annoyed when I'm just trying to get my car fixed & give his store business) and he then made sure to add that there was nothing he could do to push it forward any faster. I replied by saying I never asked him to do that. Here's what makes me crazy. Roger, it's hot. I totally get it, your shop is crazy busy with this heat wave. Im sorry if I seemed rude but your job is to make sure that I don't know you are annoyed by me. No need to kiss my ass but do your best to just brush me off. I will continue to bring my cars but I do suggest that you maybe treat the women that come in with a little more respect. I truly don't care how long you've worked there. I'm sure you're great at your job. Just don't take things so personal.
