  • My review is pending. We just closed on our home and at the final walk through there was one major repair not taken care of. A couple minor ones no biggie. Everyone has been excellent to work with and I would not have started a negative review if they didn't attempt to say the repair was completed. I received reassurance from Andy Stauffer and will wait for the next repair attempt to be completed before I finalize this post. 6/2/18 Update and addition of one star. The repairs have been taken care of and primarily because of the neighborhood foreman Nate who has been excellent to work with and who follows through. I never heard back from Andy because he hadNate follow up. We finally moved in on 5/25 last weekend and I did find problem with the sliding glass door in the living room. I have never seen a door built so CHEAPLY! There is an adhesive strip holding the "Plastic" frame to the glass! The plastic frame wouldn't bother me if: 1)it wasn't held together with adhesive double sided tape to the glass; 2)we weren't In Arizona where the temperature has reached a scorching 122 degrees! and 3)the fact that this door is holding an 8'x3' piece of double pain glass that does not appear to be tempered so if it shatters it will more than likely be 50 sq ft of razor sharp pieces! I have submitted the online warranty request after hours on 6/1/18 so i consider it a 6/4 request for warranty repair. At which time I will request a replacement door of a higher quality to withstand heat and direct sunlight since the door faces west.
