  • Maybe I'm used to a fast paced life in Chicago but this is one of the slowest drive thrus I've ever experienced. On average it takes me 15 mins to get to the order area, another 10 to the window, and another 5 waiting for my drink. WTF?! 30 mins?! Who has that kind of time. It's supposed to be a fast service. Get your act together.
