  • I received excellent professional level customer service from staff that didn't try to "talk down" to me or take advantage of me because I was a female. I already had a second opinion from another auto repair shop so I knew what they were telling me was correct. The prices were reasonable and competitive with others once coupon was applied. They have a nice size waiting area with seating for 8 people, flat screen tv and free coffee. If you don't want to wait inside then enjoy a stroll through the mall. They will call you on your cellphone when car is ready. Since I was stuck getting car repairs on July 4th I was pleasantly surprised to see they were serving grilled hotdogs, chips and cold drinks for customers. So I guess I had my 4th of July cookout at Sears! Lol!
