  • I have heard the hype about this place but now I understand why!!! Honestly, after going to so many different bubble tea places, I would I have to say The Alley is probably the BEST!!! In terms of customer service, even though the line was out the door the worker was willing to explain the different drinks and even offer a free sample--LEGIT!! Also, I thought the cost for the drink would be ridiculously expensive but it's rather reasonable so I am not going to complain. I got the winter melon punch and I like my drink less sweet (because I'm watching out for all that added calories) but was told that I couldn't adjust it because it comes naturally sweetened. Although the drink is sweeter than I like, it was nonetheless still a good drink. My friend ordered a hot drink and the sleeve that it came with is just super adorable!!! A deer sleeeve!!! Makes me want to order a hot drink the next time I come back! I will return!!!!
