  • Came here on Friday to have my car serviced. The set up is so ridiculous and unprofessional. First of all it is unclear when you pull up if you're entering the service center or the budget car rental. I waited for a few minutes and was ignored by the several employees that walked by. I went inside and was directed to wait by my car until someone helped me. A service member came out and assisted a customer who arrived after me. What is the point of having an appointment if they don't help you at that time-frame? 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment a service member came to my car and asked me why I was here today. He paid no attention to what I was saying and sent me inside so I could re-explain it to another service member. The oil change and tire rotation took 90 minutes. They did not provide me with a copy of the supposed inspection they performed. After paying, they directed me outside where they said a service member would bring my car to the front. A young man brought my car up, parked and walked away. It was unclear if I had to give someone a receipt showing I owned the car. No one was around. I eventually just got into my vehicle and drove off. ANYONE COULD HAVE TAKEN MY CAR!!! Like I said above, this set up is ridiculous. I will not return.
