  • I came here once before and it was the best burger I ever had, so of course I came back. This time around, the service seriously lacked. I had to walk and find people just to find a fork because they didn't give us utensils. Also, they served me raw meat. They say that everything is cooked medium unless otherwise preferred. However, my burger was completely raw. Probably seared for 2 seconds on each side then plopped onto my burger. The texture was mushy, UNCOOKED raw meat. This location is moving so I just won't ever be back anyways. And I don't plan on finding their new location. ***UPDATE: the manager handled the situation very nicely. I just felt so disgusted after investigating the burger that I needed to say something so that nobody else would get the same quality, they just need to pay a little closer attention. The manager gave me NO problems, no hassle, simply refunded me for the burger and apologized for the situation. Makes me feel a lot better about everything. Very happy with the professionalism.
