Ive already tried this place one time..never went back. Its not true authentic..its definately some type of fusion? But not desirable really..tapas first of all is not a Cuban thing..its Spanish. And bruchettas arent either..the same as Caprese..thats Italian? Nevertheless..if you want Cuban with the "real deal" cuban flavors..try maybe El Rincon Crillollo..and not the best either..their portions are very small. Cuban food is not served in small portions...just trying to save money...? This place is not gonna make it here unless you get with the program! Make some "Arroz con Pollo a la Chorrera" or something people! Some real cuban empanadas not the Argentinean ones...though good..but not even made with the right cuban masa! "If" and I do mean "if"...the cook, or the owner is Cuban? Serve up some real Cuban classic dishes..dont be ashamed..real Cuban food..theres nothing like it.....
