  • WOW! Cody, from the Verizon kiosk, was AMAZING!!! He very patiently walked me through a difficult setup with my new Samsung gearfit 2 pro. It should have been easy, since I was using it with my Samsung s7... My frustration was at epic levels. He was patient (did I already say that?), kind and didn't give up. He literally helped me for 30 minutes. I felt like he really cared and was dedicated to helping me get this thing to work. WOW!!!! This man should be commended. You have a customer for life!
