rev:text	I took my car to Sun Auto for work they had recommended during a previous visit to repair the bolt on my tire. Because I of several issues with a bent rim, I specifically told them NOT to rotate my tires. In addition to the work they would perform, I also requested my headlight be replaced as it had gone out. After a few hours I picked up my car and turned on my headlight. Nothing. They hadn't fixed it. So turned back around & had them fix it right then and there. I proceeded to get on the freeway & my car began to shake, I knew they rotated my tires. I looked at them and indeed they did because the dirtier tire was now in the front. I called them and told them I would like to come in for them to balance my tires. The manager tells me there would be a charge. I said, well when I got my car done I specifically asked for my tires not to be touched. He tells me that if my tires were rotated that wouldn't cause the car to shake. I said, it doesn't matter because now it rides different and all Im asking is that you balance the tires since I specifically asked you not to touch them. I told him, I spent $1,400 and you can't balance my tires for free due to you guys messing up? He says ok bring your car in. I thought about it and decided not to. I don't trust them, I don't know if they even made the $1400 repairs, I don't want them purposely doing something to my car. All I got to say about this place, is they are nice to try to get you in, but after you've paid out your pocket, good business goes out the window.
