  • Not very impressed with the customer service I have received from Prestine Cleaners. They are friendly enough when you drop off clothes, and I hadn't had any issues with them for the past 2 years, but recently they lost a pair of pants that I dropped off, and keep telling me to "wait and see" if they turn up. No one calls me back when they say that they will. I just want my pants back or for them to replace them!!
