| - AMAZING! Ok yelp readers you know if I have nothing nice to say then I won't review at all....just not my style. So I want to say that I was not born into money, worked very hard as a sheet metal worker as did my husband until the economy got slow and I was forced to do something new to support my children. I have been and RN for over 6 years now, but I understand the knowledge of a great tradesman when I see one. Long story short approaching 40yo I decided I would splurge and buy myself a Lexus GX luxury suv. So I did. This is 100% the real story and a review you can trust! Being a parent my oldest daughter tossed a rock and dented the top of my truck, then my sweet husband was out vacuuming my truck and the wind caught the foot and it flew putting a really nasty dent in my passenger door. Now normally I would just call any cheapest rate person to break the dent, and I have in the past with not such a great outcome (no names) but I called Lexus. I drove my truck to the dealership and showed them my damage. They told me honestly we would charge you way over $... for that and you don't need us, let us give you the # to exotic body shop where they take care of Luxury vehicles and can do the same work at a better price. I was thankful for their honesty. Then Exotic body shop seen what I had and said "well honestly Mrs Cisneros I understand your worry as this truck is a big purchase for you but for these dents we would sub the work out and refer you to dent guys, they are the very best in Las Vegas and if it was my $70,000 truck I would not trust it to anyone else. Not only can you trust them you will get a great price you can afford. So they gave me the phone # for Steve who answered right away. Less then 2hrs Jon showed up and is probably the most professional, honest, dent repair/mechanic I have ever encountered. Come to find out he is the son of Steve the owner!! They are a family owned business he shared with me. I cannot believe it!! They are awesome! I may be a repeat customer as I tend to ding my doors more then I would like to admit. But Jon is the best!!! He was honest, explained what he could do and worked so hard to make my truck look like new. My opinion is if you have a dent in your car and you call anyone but the dent guys then that's just a stupid, uneducated choice. You want the best??? Call the best! I highly recommend Jon!!! Not to add to such a long review but also from the time I placed the call to Steve then Jon showed up less then 2hrs. Talk about service and strong work ethic with this company! Thank you Steve & Jon!! I will refer you 100% to anyone needing dent repair.
