  • As a single female homeowner, it can really be scary finding people you can trust that won't try to cheat you because they know you are unaware. I gave Brad a brief description of what was happening over the phone and he was able to give a ballpark cost as well as pinpoint what the problem may be. He arrived timely, was able to locate the problem quickly and the cost was not over his quote , just slightly additional for replacement parts. I was really relieved. Plus he guarantees his work. He is highly recommended. Let me add that he was very Polite & Professional. Others places that I called were rude from the first call so didn't dare deal with them
