  • This a great place to take your kids. The interactive aquarium idea is a novel concept. The employees are all super friendly and knowledgeable. Even the gift shop prices are reasonable. So why 3 stars? The check in area for members is a mess. They make members wait in one line. It doesn't matter if you have already registered. You still have to wait in line. Oh, and you have to wait behind new members that are registering. So EVERY TIME YOU COME HERE AS A MEMBER YOU ARE GOING TO BE WAITING IN A LINE. Hopefully less than a half hour, but be prepared. Also, all throughout the exhibits there are hand sanitizer dispensers with no sanitizer. The member line needs some serious attention. It is by far the weakest part of an otherwise great new business.
