  • I had been going here for years since moving back to North York from Mimico area. It was within driving distance and I really didn't know where else to go. I also try to create good relationships with the businesses I frequent so I wanted to give a few chances instead of making a snap judgement... When I went in 8 times out of 10 I was ignored, given slow and uninformed/unhelpful service, and treated like staff couldn't be bothered helping me. The prices are also high for the same product somewhere else (I bought extensions, half-head wigs, full wigs, jewelry, makeup, and other products like combs and clips), and I've found much better quality and selection at another shop for the same price or less (now that I've explored other options and taken the step away from this place). Won't go back.
