  • It helps that this place is two blocks from my apartment. The bartenders make excellent cocktails, my personal favorites being the Brooklyn and the New Fashioned. They also serve a wide variety of belgian beers that go along very well with the frites. Stop in for the happy hour 4-7pm for 1/2 off all of their drinks. I go once a week if I'm in town. It's a small place, so it tends to get packed. Have only eaten there once and had polenta which was quite good. I love the atmosphere and the bar, but I also hope to stop in more for the food.
