My "go-to" dealer went down so many pegs! Had THE WORST experience with the service department. Spent 3.5 hours waiting for what was supposed to be "we will get you in right away" warning light on brand new truck.
You figure you buy a new vehicle and have immediate issue they would want to get you in right away to resolve the issue. Got run around just trying to get vehicle in for service.
As stated...3.5 hours waiting for something that should have been resolved in 1/2-1 hour is sad... went from being REALLY satisfied to EXTREMELY dissatisfied.
