| - Absolutely terrible. Got a tow order for my car through my insurance with these guys, received an initial ETA of 90 minutes. 90 minutes go by, no communication or text/call from the tow truck driver or company. I call the number provided to me by my insurance, the driver picks up and tells me that there is a delay and gives me an updated ETA of 25 more minutes. 25 minutes go by, no text or call. I call the driver again, and now he tells me that his tow truck broke down. Understand, stuff happens, but again if I wasn't proactive in calling the driver, I would have never known or found out. Driver then tells me he told his dispatch to contact me and send another driver. No contact period, from anyone. I then call my insurance roadside assistance to find out what in the hell is happening, to which they claimed that they just got a call from the driver to cancel the job due to mechanical issues. WTF. You tell me you are arranging another driver to take the job and then proceed to cancel the job entirely right afterwards? My insurance then restarted the tow job with the company with a different driver, upon which I asked what was the new ETA? You guessed it, 90 minutes.... I filed a complaint with my insurance, to which they informed me they understood and in the future, let the roadside assistance know to not utilize this specific Sun City Towing company.
How the hell this company is still in business is completely beyond any realm of logic. Insurance companies need to stay the hell away from Sun City if this is the level of their customer service.
