Was not pleased with service from the get go. I walked into the gym and stood there for 20-30 seconds waiting for the lady to stop texting and talk to me. I asked about joining and said I wanted to take a class. She said do you have an appointment, of which I had not. She said, rudely, well you need an appointment. I didn't know this so I asked if I could still try the class today and book an appointment for later. She said just come after the class. I came and waited for about 20 minutes while they searched around for someone to speak with me. They grabbed and employee who I think was on his break working out. He asked me about 5 questions and then said if I wanna try it out I can he would give me a : day pass. I said great! And then he said just tell the desk you have a pass next time you come in, I did the next day and was told if I didn't get a physical pass then I can't come in. Ok, please communicate internally and figure out what the policy is, I live about 2 blocks away and now choose to drive 5-10 minutes to get better service.
