  • Marti is magic!! I thought that with my changing hormones I might just have to accept that I would never be able to get back into my favorite clothes again. Marti and I spoke on the phone after I read all the positive reviews on Yelp, and she assured me she would be able to help. I'm a physician and have been pescetarian and "clean eating" for some time, so I was naturally skeptical. Since beginning the program on July 24, I have already lost 11 lbs and over 9% body fat, am wearing clothes I haven't been able to wear for months, and feel wonderful (my goal is to lose 13 more lbs and get my body fat under 20%). The library has happily accepted my donation of 10 diet books and I have referred many of my friends who know my prior struggle and are impressed with my progress. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give Marti! I can say without exaggeration, her program has changed my life.
