rev:text	they have good doctors and thorough so I CAN totally UNDERSTAND why sometimes I have waited for 30 mins !! HOWEVER the staff (who does straight catheter) are horrible.. THEY HAD TO STRAIGHT CATH my daughter which is a STERILE TECHNIQUE.... so this lady missed and took the catheter out... I SAID YOU GUYS NEED TO GET A NEW ONE THAT IS NOT STERILE ANYMORE(which is a standard of care, once u take out the catheter its considered dirty and needs a new one ) instead of listening to me THE LADY REINSERTED THE SAME CATHETER INSIDE!! I was MAD I had to calm myself down and notify the providers as well as receptionist.. that was just wrong !!!worst she didnt listen to me ...
