| - Seriously, this place is awesome.
I played regular board games when I was growing up such as Monopoly, Life, Sorry, Chutes and Ladders, etc. These games were always competition based - with only 1 winner.
But now, there are cooperative games you play with your team, against the board.
We played Pandemic, with guidance and instruction from the store staff person.
Toward the end of the game, it looked like we were going to lose to the board, but we pulled through! It's a great feeling to work cooperatively, talk about strategy, and win together. I like it much better than being the only winner and sharing the victory by myself.
Cost is $5 per person and you can play all day.
Membership includes admission and discounts on games for sale.
I will be back to play other games, and I would like to play a series game and watch the story unfold... are you game? ;)
