  • I have never had such impeccable service from a  car dealership before. I have purchased many vehicles and have experience with car lots, these experiences were far from that which I experienced at Bill Luke Fiat of Tempe.  I was first approached by Andrew Trejo who was made me feel as though I was in control and whether I purchased a car or not I was still a valued customer.  I came to the dealership already knowing what I wanted to look at, nothing else. He pulled the car up and proceeded to view and test drive without any pressure or "Gorilla sells".  I told Andrew I would not be able to bring my husband by until 9pm and asked if we could start the paperwork and continue the next day with him (he leaves at 5) but instead of selling himself for the money he advised me to complete it that night if we wanted the vehicle (unheard of). He provided me with the name of another exceptional salesman BudThomas and finance representative Chip Alspach.  Each one of them made the process easy and free of stress and pressure. I would recommend Bill Luke Fiat of Tempe to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle (new or used) as you will receive amazing service that you will find nowhere else.  It is so refreshing to visit a car dealership that surpasses all the negative reputations usually associated with car sales where the customer feels like they are part of the team...a friend. The associates and staff are knowledgable and go way above and beyond to ensure the experience is positive.  Our future vehicle purchases will be with no other dealership than Bill Luke Fiat of Tempe. Thank you to everyone who helped in the process of finding me a vehicle perfect for my family, know that your phenomenal service, friendliness, and kindness did not go unnoticed.
