  • This placed used to be super fantastic but has plummeted to mediocre at best in food and service. The best part of coming here a few years back was the Kobe beef burger and the massive selection of fun boozy shakes. Eleven to choose from! But times they are a changing. First of all i ordered the cookies and cream shake (pictured) and it was phenomenal but it was one of only 6 options. I don't know what happened to the other 5 but they have been eliminated from our consideration. I chose to order the California Turkey in hopes of it being a lighter choice. I'd much rather save those empty calories for the shake. Hindsight revealed I shouldn't have ordered it at all. Based on the menu description and my waitress' option of "would I like that on white or wheat bread" I thought I was getting a turkey sandwich. What I got was a dried up patty of tasteless ground turkey between a bun. Not the wheat bread I was offered. There was no avocado at all and the "spouts, cucumber slaw" was sparse at best and LOADED with salt! The avocado was completely absent along with the Russian dressing. I unfortunately opted for the sweet potato fries for an additional $2.50 and was left completely perplexed. Exactly what kind of manipulation process is done to remove any and all flavor from a sweet potato? I didn't know that was possible let alone a process worthy of a $2.50 charge. Our waitress, upon delivery of our shake, informed us that she was supplying us with a drip plate for the ginormous ice cream sandwich that she guaranteed would melt on us. She also took it upon herself to let us know that we should probably stop eating our turkey sawdust and eat the ice cream before it melts. Three times. She stopped by 3 times. Each time with a little more attitude because we weren't taking her seriously that ice cream does indeed melt. What once used to be on our "places to go" list on our annual Vegas trip has moved down the ladder to "just keep walking and don't make eye contact" list. Vegas offers too many amazing restaurants to waste your winnings here.
