  • Wham! Wham! Wham! Beat the living you-know-what out of that piece of dough! This place is as much fun to watch as it is to eat at. The dough is laid out on a slab, stretched, whacked and whacked and whacked some more and finally looped multiple times till it becomes thinner and thinner and turns into one long noodle, at which point it is cut. Noodle are tender and deliciouis and tast truly fresh. Wide variety of preparations - I had the dan dan noodles, which swam in a kind of Thai-flavoured broth topped with peanuts. Almost everything is less than $6. A truly fun place for lunch.
