  • I only booked this last minute massage because the reviews were so good on yelp. I'm guessing that a lot of these reviews must be friends of the owners as I will explain through sharing my entire experience below. My appointment was scheduled for 1:45pm. I walked in the door at 1:47pm. I had trouble finding the space and did not have my phone with me to call to get better directions. The moment I walked through the door I was bombarded with a strong smell of synthetic laundry detergent. I could barely stand it and should have left then. The receptionist greeted me and then asked if I wanted to do hot stones during my 90 minute massage. I didn't answer straight away and she then went on to say it would be good for inflammation. I said okay and then she says it will be a 15.00 up charge to my bill. I said okay and began filling out the paperwork. After I was finished I asked to use the rest room. (Which happened to be outside) after I returned Lenna took me into my room. After I undressed and she returned I told her i changed my mind and no longer wanted the stones. I looked at the clock at that moment and it was 2:00pm. There was a washer cleaning clothes very loudly the entire massage and I could barley stand the laundry smell, I actually began coughing because of it. I signed up for a deep tissue and never once during the massage did I receive a deep tissue. It was very light and she barley used her fingers --she only used her hands and arms. When she was finished I looked at the clock and it was 3:14pm. I got dressed went out front and Lenna said it would be 119.00. I said my massage was only and hour and fourteen minutes and was supposed to be an hour and a half. She then said the time started at 1:45pm. I have been getting massages for years and have never once had a massage start at the time it was scheduled. They even had me fill out paperwork which took several minutes, so this means I pay to fill out paper work? I am so upset that I wasted 140.00 (with tip) to go into a toxic massage space to get a very low grade massage with someone who didn't appear to have much experience. Save your money and go somewhere else!
