  • Horrible customer service...my wife had made an appointment for this past Thursday evening for a couples massage for a birthday gift. We had to reschedule from Thursday to Friday evening. Her first phone call that was made was forwarded to a woman just getting off work..she advised her to call back an hour later and they would be able to adjust appointment. After calling back and finalizing appointment for 7:15pm Friday my wife received a call at 4:30pm Friday afternoon asking if our appointment needed to be rescheduled as she had us scheduled at 4:30. After my wife got out of work at 5:15 and received this message we immediately called to ask what had happened. Elaine, the woman who answered told my wife that they were completely booked and there's nothing she can do. Did not ask to reschedule or come up with any type of solution to the situation. Now frustrated, we had asked to speak to the manager and she responded with, " I'll text her and tell her to call you..sorry "honey", that's all I can do" and she hung up on us. Very unprofessional and very uneducated staff when it comes to customer service. This phone conversation took place Friday and here it is sunday and no return phone call from any "manager". Leaving one star since I can't give a zero.
