  • I've been going to Norris since their days on Springfield Avenue. Always have been satisfied. I don't know a whole lot about the workings of cars but trust the guys at Norris. On numerous occasions I went in asking for work that I apparently did not need. They could have just done the work and charged me for it, but instead they were honest and told me what I really needed, which was considerably less than what I was asking for. They may have lost a sale or two over the years, but they gained a loyal customer. I do all my maintenance there, buy my tires there (and get free rotations with that purchase), and when a problem arises, no question where I'm bringing my car. Norris is completely on the other side of C-U from where I live, but it's worth the trip.
