  • The food is good but the service is always terrible. Beef and basil should not have oyster sauce in it and charging $2 for meat ball for my choice of meat is utterly ridiculous! I've been to all the locations and the service is the same. Usually Thai people are nice, courteous and eager to please but not here or the Jones location. The original one in Chinatown was the best.
