  • My father called this company yesterday they schedule appointment with him today from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. to come out and clean his carpets. My mom gets out of the hospital tomorrow so he wanted the carpets nice and clean for her. No one showed up so when he called to ask where they were they said he didn't have an appointment and hung up on him. Doesn't sound like great customer service to me we will not ever use this company again.
