  • While I did not ultimately have this company do work on my home I did have them give me a quote and I spent a good amount of time talking with several of their employees. I want to specifically call out Carol who worked with me over the phone and personally saw to it that I received everything I needed. Their employees were professional, not pushy, and made sure I understood the details of the products available. For the record, I did not end up working with them because I learned I had a warranty for the glass under the original installer which made the repairs free. I would recommend Nelson Glass.
