We were in Phoenix for my daughter's piano audition. We had some time to pass and decided to try Pizzeria Bianco. It was mid-afternoon and we thought it wouldn't be as busy as we had heard about the loong wait times. We were wrong!! The place was packed and we had to wait outside in the 100+ heat. The place is tiny and there is literally no extra room to wait for a table to open up. As we didn't want to walk any more we decided to wait it out. It was worth it though. We shared a Margherita and a Rosa. Both were delicious. The dough really makes the pizza. We ended up sitting at the bar with the kids and the bartender was really sweet with them and gave them buttons with their logo on it. We'll definitely have to give the one in Tucson a try the next time we're in downtown.
