  • Con artists. Had an accident drove my carinto their shop (okay). After an assessment (1week) they totaled it(??!!??). They work for the insurance companies. How can you tell. Look at ALL the totaled vehicles they have in their lot. After reading threads and asking around the best thing they do is customer service smoke screens - "like the music man." Go to fully five star rated shops. I should have (and could have) fixed it myself for less than half of their assessment. Now I have NO car. They take it by the way and ...store it on their lot...maybe charge full price for salvaged parts? Who knows! Good luck, you've been warned.
