  • The car was nice but we had to wait 30 minutes on a Friday at lunchtime to get the car. The rental facility is among one of the farthest from the airport, but no one gave any sort of directions or "suggested return travel time". I did ask, but the information was not helpful. Finally, the shuttle driver didn't greet us or anything when we returned the car and there was no Hertz attendant to return the car to for at least 10 minutes on an early Monday morning. Lame service.
