  • The staff is polite, so far only 1 of my drinks was too bland to drink so I had it remade my only issue is there's no drive Thur at any Starbucks in mentor not use to that there all over the south. The staff that remade my drink it did acted ok with it but they way she banged stuff on counter I don't think she really was ok redoing it but it's my $ my preference
