  • STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!! MOST DISHONEST PLACE!!! I took my car in to rotate my tires in which they recommended brakes and one new rotor because the other three could be turned. Two months later and my car is making squeaking sounds coming from the tire of the one rotor they replaced, and shaking when I stop and now they say I need all new rotors and front axels.... Took my car to get a second opinion and turns out all my rotors needed to be replaced and were below specs the first time I took it to sun devil. Instead they charged me to turn the rotors so I am now paying again to replace them. Not to mention the brakes they used are crap breaks and already separating from the rotor. These people are so dishonest and such crooks. I would NOT recommend taking your car here. The guy also continued to argue with me saying I didn't know what I was talking about when I had already talked to another shop and had an invoice from that shop, insinuating that the second shop was lying. Tried to talk to him and settle it honestly and they were not willing to take responsibility for what they had done! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
