Was a great store a year ago.
Sincerely I reviewed it as a 5 star store.
Lately.
Well.
Horrible customer service in store as of late is being kind.
A huge shift in how you are treated at this location.
It used to be at the top of Rogers corporate stores.
I don't know if there was a structural / management change or what the issue is, but dealing with this store a year later is like night and day compared to a year ago.
A five star quality store became a one star store in a year.
There is zero desire to help a customer beyond saying something is the fault of Rogers.
And the Rogers call centre is equally useless just blaming the stores back.
You would think a company the size of Rogers, built on the concept of communication and selling products about communication, would actually know how to communicate internally with each other, never mind acquiring very basic customer service skills.
