  • It seems like I cannot find a good Honda dealer in the valley. I took my car here for an oil change and Q offered for my car to have a free inspection- I said sure why not. I know nothing about cars and they might find something that can be fixed before it becomes a large issue. I also asked him to have the guys look at a few things (AUX fuse and a plastic piece that broke in my sun visor). After 2 hours of waiting, Q said my car was ready and while I signed papers casually told me my power steering pump desperately needed to be changed and I was going to lose power steering soon. I was surprised how he just slipped that in and I was deeply concerned. I called my Honda dealer in California (only people I trust) and the manager said it's EXTREMELY RARE and that I would know if it was leaking. Thankfully my husband is a motorcycle mechanic so he was able to take a look at it. No leak. Haven't lost any fluid in over a month and I've driven well over 2000 miles. I just hate places that do this. I'm a college student living paycheck to paycheck and they tried to weasel over 900 dollars from me. I hate places like this. No honest people. Nobody I can trust. Never coming back. Oh and my power steering is fine.
