  • I've been going to friendly bear for 7 years now. They've been good to me but my recent visit was very disappointing. I recommend this place to a very good friend of mine that he's been taking his van somewhere else but I don't know what happened today there he paid 49.99 for the van to be clean and wax they told us It was going to be about an hour so we said you know what, ok we will leave the van and we'll go for some lunch come back later by the time we came back the interior will still Dusty and dirty everywhere and all the floor mats was still dirty as hell which we were told it was going to be clean out,, I mean don't get me wrong we did not paid for a full detail but those little things like dirty floor mats can still make the car looks dirty,, oh it is man attention to details, don't know if I would ever recommend this place again Very disappointed with the service..
