  • Beware of this place. You should get an estimate for work to be done, before it is done. Not in this case. They replaced 2 batteries and put in new ones, then told me. it cost me over $160 for labor. Then work was to be estimated on air bags. Their cost for the job ended up over $4900 to us and over $2100 to the extended warranty company. Extended warranty company stated Freightliner was way over charging for the hours to perform the work by over $2400.00. This place is highway robbery and we had to pay an initial cost of $2500 for work done on air breaks, battery and putting air bag back on coach. We took it to another dealer who charged us $1200.00 for putting the air bags on. Anyway you look at it, we would have paid almost double to have the work done at Freightliner. The aftermarket warranty company paid us the amount for the proper time, labor and parts to get the work done elsewhere.
