I am an honest person who never ever wrote a single bad review but feel compelled to warn others to not do business w/ this guy (Steve) or this company. He basically stole my computer and would not return it, would not return repeated msgs, and was rude and accusatory for his inability to simply return my laptop which he said he was unable to fix. I understand that he was unable to fix it but I had no idea that he would not return my laptop after I pleaded with him to do so. I have never had a service company keep customer equipment like this. When I pleaded with him to return my laptop, he basically said that his company couldn't obtain the funds to pay for shipping. I suspect that the shipping cost would not have exceeded $20 and even offered to pay for it. Long story short - he swindled me out of a very expensive laptop. So sad that anyone can do business like this and still stay in business.
