  • After recently buying my condo, I have had a few different issues involving the air conditioning. Both times I immediately contacted Platinum Home Warranty and they jumped on the issue! They sent out a tech first thing the next day to resolve the problem. I cannot express how wonderful their service is. They are prompt, responsive and care about the resolution. Helen (the representative from Platinum Home Warranty) understood how important this matter was and ensured I would get the first possible time slot. She followed up when there was a scheduling change, and gave me an accurate time frame when the tech was to arrive (which was correct!). Both times there was an issue, it was fixed within 24 hours, causing my stress level to decrease immensely. It's great having a warranty company that you can rely heavily on!
