| - I have been to the glockmeister store in mesa a few times. I usually go there to purchase any magazines. I do all of the work on my gun(s) myself (ie trigger jobs, extended pieces, framework, etc.. ) just because if I'm gonna put my life on it, I'm going to do the work myself. Nothing against them just my philosophy on it. Back to the point though, these guys know everything needed and don't try and question what I want (if I need a spring they just get me that spring, not questioning me or trying to tell me what to get or something else to try). I like that about them since most gun salesmen and gunsmiths remind me of used car salesmen.
About the magazines, I have been to almost every gun store in the east valley, they have the best prices I have found. I have purchased a few glock 19 magazines from them and will purchase more for the Glock 42 I purchased from them. Out the door it was $28.xx per magazine. I was spending over $35 from every other store around.
As for the Glock 42 I purchased. I was happy when I got home and broke it down, it was brand spanking new (I could tell from the grease it leaves the factory with). There were absolutely no handling marks on it and the paper work was taken care of in the back (I like that since your SSN is read and call me paranoid but I don't like mine being read off in front of complete strangers). Another thing is they did not question my decision such as other places do, I'm a larger man and I purchased the glock 42 for a pocket carry. I have a Glock 19 and a P226 for primary carry, just every once in a while I like to throw a small gun in my pocket and go about my day rather then it weighing down my hip.
So, to conclude this lengthy review I would 100% recommend this store (and have) to my friends and anyone else looking to purchase a new glock, magazines or accessories (their prices are what they should be, not high at all). They will not try and up sell you (or have not for me). They can get pretty hectic sometimes but hang in there, this store is worth the wait.
