| - This review is strictly for their dispatcher, Karen.
The complex I live in doesn't have a universal gate code. We haven't been added to the directory in order to receive our own gate code, either. The first technician they sent out had no problem, nor did any other repairman have an issue with this; they just waited and followed someone in. The second guy they tried to send out called instead of entering the complex and when I missed his call, he told Karen I was not home and needed to reschedule. I called her immediately after, she asked if I could do later in the day, I said yes, she asked for the gate code. I explained to her that I don't have one and that he would need to follow someone in. She then turned around and told my property management that when I spoke to her, I said "Well, I may be home, I may not be." Who says stuff like that when they want their appliances repaired? She blatantly lied to make her threats of ceasing service--thanks to a prideful technician--seem justifiable. She has awful customer service and an even worse sense of morality if she is willing to slander me in order to get her point across. Thanks for the miserable experience, Karen. I hope no one else has to experience this BS from you.
