| - This review is specifically for the Jasmene Aykut of the leasing office for Broadstone 1675 and not the property itself.
Jasemene Aykut and her team are outstanding professionals. After living at two different Broadstone properties, I am impressed with her management of a bustling new property and the attention to detail and resident wellness.
Jasmene was contacted far before Broadstone 1675 was completed. During its construction phases, Jasmene went above and beyond to give two hard-hat tours of the property while it was being built. Additionally, she was well-knowledgeable in all aspects of the property or followed up immediately with the most accurate data. Quietness is very important to me and Jasmene went directly to the construction team to find specific details about insulation, noise-reduction, etc.
After the already inclusive concessions to become a part of the community, Jasmene and her outstanding team welcomed all of the early new tenants to the property with a house-warming/welcoming gift that was thoughtful and much appreciated. It is these small touches and attention to detail that set her team apart from others.
Part of the growing pains of a new community include construction and its byproduct of noise. As the property was still being completed, I had the unfortunate schedule to work night shifts requiring me to sleep during the day. Although the majority of the construction noise was contained, there were a few days in which it was excessive. Jasmene demonstrated leadership in reaching out to the construction and identifying a timeline as well as providing me with some noise relief. The community is now complete and this is longer an issue. However, she exemplified what it is to be solution-minded and creative to ensure tenant comfort as well as the necessary work for the community to progress.
Throughout the last year, she has been an immaculate professional. Another example to highlight this is that I had excessively noisy neighbors move in to the unit above mine. After making mention of this, Jasmene took it upon herself to mediate and discussed it with the new neighbors.
In summary, Jasmene is an outstanding professional, a leader, detail-oriented, solution-minded, pleasant and genuinely caring individual who is invested in the success of Broadstone 1675 as well as the community that makes up the property. The Broadstone properties and Alliance Residential are incredibly lucky to have such an exemplary individual lead their team. I would not be surprised if she is recruited for higher leadership and would feel sorry those who have her big shoes to fill in that event.
