rev:text	This was my first trip to Meticulous. They did a wonderful job. The staff was courteous and very friendly. The receptionist was lovely. My mats were very dirty from salt and dirt, and they never complained. I even overheard one worker say to another that he missed a spot and was trying really hard to get it clean. I loved the results. CONS: The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they were late. They didn't show up to work until 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment. That was a little frustrating, but I'll give them another try. I loved the results. Let's be on time, gentlemen. :) Another thing was that the sign on the building indicates that credit cards are accepted, but when I was picking up my vehicle, they told me to bring cash only. That would have put me in a bind if I didn't have the cash. I did, so it didn't cause an issue, but it could have. Just a thought. However, despite the cons, Meticulous offers great service at a reasonable price!
