  • Great Service! I ordered some parts to one PEP Boys location, and when I found out they wouldn't be there until 4:00pm that day, I tried to cancel the order. Well, the stuff was already on its way out, but Kris, one of the managers at the 506 S Decatur location, went out of her way to work things out. She took care of the order, and made sure my stuff was at her store by the time I got there. And even though it was my mistake, both she and the other gal at the front counter had great attitudes. A couple of good employees. Thanks!
